Vintage Vehicle Day

Saturday 22^nd May 2010.

This will be the first time that the Shuttleworth Collection has hosted a vehicle orientated day for a number of years and we would like to establish this as an annual event.

It is planned to create a garden party atmosphere with all the participants parked on the display field, allowing people to view the visiting vehicles.

Drivers of pre-registered vehicles will enjoy free access to the event along with their vehicle. Admission prices for additional adults will be £10 each, but accompanied children aged under 16 will be free, making this an excellent family day out.

Entry to the event will include access to the hangars to see our world famous collection of aircraft and vehicles

The Original Flying Proms is well established as one of the regions premier outdoor concerts.
Now in its twelth year, the event is held in the beautiful and historic setting of the world famous Shuttleworth Collection.

The combination of rare and unique vintage aircraft flying in time to the National Symphony orchestra is one not to be missed.

The evening concludes with a stunning firework finale. Discover the thrill of those magnificent men in their Edwardian “Flying Machines”! Admission to the Swiss Garden/Collection & Bird of Prey Centre are included in the ticket price! Twelve hours of entertainment to enjoy.
