Ever wanted to sit in the cockpit of a 1940s Hawker Hurricane? Based at The Shuttleworth Collection, Hurricane R4118 is widely regarded as one of the most historic British aircraft to survive in flying condition from the Second World War.
Book for an event that offers a close-up and personal photography day, with the special opportunity to take a seat in this historic aircraft!* With training and practical advice, enjoy the chance to take great images of Hawker Hurricane R4118. Teaching technique and camera skills, the day also includes a static photography session with a ‘Battle of Britain pilot’ re-enactor and guidance and know-how about making the most of your camera whilst working with models.
Special extras include: The chance to meet the aircraft owner, James Brown to find out more about this aircraft and why it’s so special; A Hurricane Heritage pilot’s chat about what it’s like to fly the Hawker Hurricane, and the chance to experience the thrill of sitting inside the cockpit itself.*
