Scale Model Exhibition 2024

The Shuttleworth Scale Model Exhibition is back for another year, and we welcome all to attend. Whether you’re an enthusiast, intrigued party, or just looking for a good way to spend a Sunday, you’re sure to find it here.

Event Information

The event will follow a similar format to previous years, with a number of model exhibitors and trade stands located in the engineering hangar, entry to the exhibition will be via the shop located in the visitor centre.

There will be a number of competitions featuring five categories:

• Best 1/72nd and smaller;
• Best 1/48th and smaller;
• Best over 1/48th;
• A special category for Best Model made by a person aged under 16;
• The John Morris Memorial Trophy is awarded to the best model in the show as decided by the organising committee.

Please note that only exhibiting groups will be able to enter the competitions

Refreshments are available on the day from our excellent Runway Café.

Whilst we will do our very best to feature aircraft, vehicles and exhibits, this may change subject to workflow, serviceability and weather.

Ticketing

Tickets sold on this page grant full access to the collection and gardens for the event day only. Prices are as follows:

Adult Ticket: £12.00
Members Ticket: £10.00
Child Ticket (ages 15 and under): Free!

Ticket price includes entry to Shuttleworth Collection, Swiss Garden and Woodland Walk. Entry to the exhibition will be via the shop located in the visitor centre.

Tickets on the day will be sold subject to availability, and at the same rate as the online advance ticket price.
