(WELLBEING WORKSHOP)

A chance to get back to nature with a slow, flowing yoga practice suitable for all ages and abilities, even complete beginners. This is a lovely gentle introduction to yoga where you won’t feel out of your depth if you are new to yoga or would like a slower, gentler class that is still effective. This practice has been designed to work with the very special surroundings of the Swiss Garden to bring you harmony and balance, and the class finishes with 15 minutes of relaxation and meditation. All equipment will be provided.

Heather teaches yoga classes across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, specializing in making yoga accessible for all. She believes that everyone should feel comfortable and welcome in a yoga class, regardless of age, shape or size and feels passionate about the difference yoga can make to stress levels and general wellbeing.

Please wear comfortable loose clothing and bring drinking water with you if possible.
