Shuttleworth House Tour
Explore the stunning ground floor of Shuttleworth House former home the Shuttleworth family and College.
You’d be excused for thinking this is a Jacobean manor house, with its mullioned windows and warm honey stone. In fact, it’s a Victorian homage by the famous architect, Henry Clutton, built-in 1875 for Joseph Shuttleworth, Richard’s grandfather. The clocktower, however, is a definite Victorian giveaway!
The tour will start with light refreshments. You will then have a tour and plenty of time to ask all of those burning questions you may have.
