What is Shuttleworth in Lights?
For 6+ years Shuttleworth has been running the Lights events from the end of November through to mid-December.
When the sun goes down our Garden and Hangars are illuminated in a wonderful display of big, bold, colour, showcasing the wonderful natural features of our landscape and heritage.
The Shuttleworth Trust is a charity so events like these really do help to keep the magic of aviation, automotive and agricultural history and education alive year on year.
We are proud to say all our lights events are produced entirely in-house by our dedicated teams: from maintenance crews to catering staff to weddings and events teams, gardeners, aircraft engineers, vehicle volunteers and many more hands comes together to make these events happen.
Catering Traders
Running over 5 weeks from November to December 2024, Shuttleworth in Lights see on average 700 visitor per night. We are looking for a variety of caterers for the event.
We need festive treats, hot drinks, mulled wine & cider and anything else!
Based on expected visitor numbers and previous catering sales, there is a pitch fee of £250.00 [per night]

Required Documentation:
- Proof of public liability insurance
- Employee insurance if applicable
- Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) records for all electrical equipment
- Details of any fire fighting equipment
- Gas Safe compliance certificates for any gas appliances
- Food hygiene certificates
- Food hygiene rating (minimum 4*) and name of local authority
- Food allergy information
- A comprehensive risk assessment for your stall
