General

How do we access the site?

Our new entrance is located on the B658 Shefford Road. To find us please use this postcode and follow the Visitor Attraction signs – SG18 9DT

We are two miles due west of the A1 at Biggleswade, approx 20 miles from J13 on M1.

Are dogs allowed on site?

We welcome well-behaved dogs on leads in the paddocks and parkland. Dogs are not permitted in the Hangars, Shop, Café, House, Swiss Garden or Playground. Assistance dogs are permitted everywhere.

Please note that due to the nature of the event, dogs are not permitted at the Flying Proms event.

Can we bring a picnic?

You are able to bring food with you on to the site. Please not that we do not permit any BBQs on site.

Are there catering facilities on site?

As well as the Runway Café, we will have Shuttleworth pods around the site serving coffees, sandwiches, burgers and more. We will also be welcoming food traders throughout the season, serving a variety of different cuisines. There really is something for everyone.

Will the full line up be flying?

Our anticipated aircraft line-up will be available on the event page in the lead up to the show. Please note that all aircraft are subject to serviceability and weather conditions on the day.

Are there baby changing facilities on site?

We have a number of baby changing facilities on the site, including our visitor attraction toilets and temporary facilities throughout the site.

What facilities are there for disabled guests?

We have disabled parking close to the café, toilets and first aid hut, available on a first come first serve basis. We have disabled toilets and porta loos available around the site, and our café, hangars and shop are all wheelchair accessible.

How does the ticket protection work?

Our Ticket Protection offers peace of mind when purchasing your ticket. However, as is the case with any Ticket Protection policy, there will be some specific circumstances when this may not be valid.

Flying Proms

Are pods available on the day?

Due to the demand for pods, they will be unable to book on the day. To avoid disappointment, we recommend you book yours as soon as possible.
