Proms Weekend 2024: Pods

We are delighted to see the return of our exclusive Pods for this year’s Flying Proms Weekend

 A Pod is the perfect solution for entertaining your guests in a  small private marquee whilst enjoying the Proms entertainment. Available in 3x3m or 3x6m sizes and suitable for between 10 and 20 guests respectively.

3x3m Pod – £350.00
3x6m Pod – £440.00
Bistro Table & 4 Chairs – £40.00
Additional Chair – £6.00

You are also able to purchase two 3x3m pods to have a 6m frontage. If you wish to combine both pods, please email airshows@shuttleworth.org after your booking.

Please note that these prices do not include entry. Every guest must have a valid Air Show ticket – these can be purchased here.

Pods booked for Saturday 31st can be accessed from 12pm on Friday 30th, Pods need to be empty and handed back by 10am Sunday 1st September

Pods booked for Sunday 1st can be accessed from 11am Sunday 1st. Pods need to be emptied by 12pm Monday 2nd September
