2026 Event Trader Applications

2026 Air Shows & Events 

Shuttleworth is now inviting traders to apply for our 2026 Air Show and Event season. With nearly 40,000 visitors annually, this is a great opportunity to showcase your products to a wide and enthusiastic audience.

We have a limited number of pitches in our trader village available for traders.  Vendors will be chosen to ensure no two stalls are competing by selling similar products.

Air Show Trader Information

2026 Air Shows:

Season Premiere - Sunday 10th May
Wings & Wheels - Saturday 30th May
Festival of Flight - Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th June
Summer Air Show - Saturday 25th July
Military Air Show - Saturday 29th August
Race Day - Sunday 4th October

Trader Information: 

  • Trading spaces will be located outside altogether in one area on one of the grass paddocks.
  • The layout for each air show is dependent on theme and other ground activity.
  • All trading spaces are outside on grass.
  • You must bring your own gazebos [weighted] and tables and chairs.
  • You are not able to pack your stall away until the event finishes
    Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  •  Please note that we are looking for a wide variety of stallholders, and therefore may decline your application
  • Traders must remove their own waste from the site before departing
  • We cannot guarantee visitor numbers for our events
  • No refunds will be offered after a month before each event.
  • Each trader will be allocated 1 x vehicle pass as standard for each air show booked.
  • Power is not provided – please come prepared.
  • No Wi-Fi on site – ensure your payment systems can operate offline.

Mother's Day Market - Sunday 15th March

Steam Fayre Market - Fri 18th, Sat 19th & Sun 20th September

Christmas Market - Sat 5th & Sun 6th December

Trader Information

  • Trade stalls are 6ft x 2ft. 1 x 6ft trestle table and 2 chairs are included in the price, additional chairs and tables can be provided at an extra cost
  • Outside spaces for the Summer Fete are 3x3m, you must bring your own gazebo with weights and furniture
  • All spaces are inside, apart from our Summer Fete which has inside and outside spaces available.
  • For outside spaces you must bring your own gazebos [weighted] and tables and chairs.
  • You are not able to pack your stall away until the event finishes
    Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Please note that we are looking for a wide variety of stallholders, and therefore may decline your application
  • Traders must remove their own waste from the site before departing
  • £5M Public Liability Insurance and PAT test certificates required
  • No smoke, haze or flames permitted
  • We cannot guarantee access to power but please inform us of your requirements and we will try to accommodate you
  • We cannot guarantee visitor numbers for our events and ask you push the events via your social media channels.
  • No refunds will be offered after a month before each event.

Application Form 

By completing the application you agree that you have read and understood the enclosed terms and conditions and agree to abide by them if my catering application is successful. I understand submission of this application does not guarantee inclusion at the event. Should my application be successful, I understand I will be invoiced and required to submit the appropriate fees.  

I understand that information from my application form will be stored digitally and that information may be published on the Shuttleworth website (including social media).
