Welcome to our refreshed Café

After a busy winter renovating behind the scenes, we are pleased to share that our Runway Café is now fully open again.

With the redevelopment, the space has evolved to include a counter service area in the Sun Room, serving hot and cold drinks and light bites, and a main café area, serving hot meals.

 
The Sun Room, which has been open in the new look since January, has had new breakfast bar seating installed and has been redecorated with décor that reflects our history, including a Nieuport 17 wing (the prop used for the 2006 film Flyboys) suspended from the ceiling.

In the main Café, you’ll find a refreshed layout, new booth style seating alongside the previous table and chairs, and a restyled décor showcasing Shuttleworth today. To address the queues that used to form in busy periods in the Café, we will be rolling out the option to order via QR code over the coming weeks, allowing you to order with ease from your table.

 
We have also got a brand-new shiny kitchen, allowing us to upscale our food offering. As such, we have made a few gentle updates to the menu, alongside your usual favourites.

Whether you’re visiting the Collection and Swiss Garden or simply dropping by for a cup of tea, we look forward to welcoming you back.
