You can use both our Hill Lane (SG18 9DT ///decorator.thus.branching) and Alder Drive entrances (SG18 9DT ///forks.extension.drums).

We offer 30-day return tickets that allow you to return to the Collection & Swiss Garden as much as you like within 30 days of your first visit, excluding event dates - please see our Opening Times calendar for event dates where daily admission tickets aren’t valid.

You are welcome to bring your own food and drink; however, we do not allow barbecues on site, and we ask that you refrain from bringing sharp knives on site.

We prefer cashless payments and accept all major debit and credit cards, and mobile payments. We can accept cash when no alternative is available but cannot guarantee that change will be provided.

We welcome well-behaved dogs on leads in the airfield paddocks, parkland and the sunroom. Dogs are not permitted indoors in the Visitor Centre, Hangars, the main Runway Café area, Swiss Garden or Shuttleworth House.

Service dogs are permitted across the entirety of the site.

Please note that there is no shade in our parking areas.

We ask that you only smoke/vape in designated areas of the site.

Baby changing facilities are available across the site including our Visitor Centre and Hangar toilets.

Shuttleworth House is primarily an award-winning wedding and events venue. It is only open to the public on select event days. Please see the House page for further details.
