Can I buy a gift voucher for me/someone else?

Yes, gift vouchers are available here and can be purchased for yourself and/or a recipient of your choosing. If you purchase a voucher for someone and enter their email, they will be sent the voucher while you will receive an order confirmation (this is not a voucher).

Vouchers are valid for one year against tickets and merchandise at Shuttleworth Collection & Garden.

These are not valid for use against food and drink, accommodation or any third party events, external caterers or traders.

Find the first event you'd like to book and click 'book tickets', you'll then be taken to shuttleworth.digitickets to select your tickets. Follow the process, selecting any additional items you'd like (programmes, ticket protection, etc) and go to 'Cart'. From the cart window, you can then navigate back to select another event using the three lines icon on the top left of your screen (on mobile/tablet) or the house icon on the top right of your screen (desktop).

You’ll be sent a QR code via email. We can scan this directly from your phone/tablet so there’s no need to print it. This QR code covers everything in your booking, so you’ll only have one code for all of your tickets and any pre-booked merchandise.

Unless you have also purchased Ticket Protection, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in the event of an air show/event cancellation.

We recommend pre-booking your visit to Shuttleworth to avoid disappointment on sold out events, but if we have capacity we do offer tickets on the gate. Please note, if you’re paying with cash, no change will be given.

Select another ticket for the same event, then select your additional items when prompted. You can then remove the extra event tickets from your basket before you checkout.

We offer free entry to RHS Members every Monday and Thursday, excluding event days.

Children aged 17 and under get free daily admission entrance, and can attend our air shows for free (excluding our Flying Proms Air Show where we offer a reduced rate for children). For all other events, please check the dedicated events pages for child rates.

The Shuttleworth Veteran Aeroplane Society (SVAS), The Friends of the Swiss Garden and the Airfield Volunteer Fire Service (AVFS) all support the work of Shuttleworth, and so members get discounted entry to the Shuttleworth Collection & Garden, as well as on-site events. Most gift vouchers can be used against event/admission tickets and items from our shop for 12 months from purchase date. Air show specific vouchers are only valid against the specified show and expire after that date.

To use your voucher, you can order online and enter your code (starting 'VN') at check out, or you can show your voucher to our team to redeem it in person. Any left over value will remain on that QR code/voucher number.
