Flying Proms Air Show

Due to the extended period of severe dry weather we've been experiencing, we have taken the decision to remove all pyrotechnics from the Flying Proms Air Show. Our fantastic pyrotechnic act, the Global Stars, will still be appearing but will use LED lights in the place of pyrotechnics during their performance.

Experience the beauty of aerobatics and pyrotechnics all gracefully choreographed to live music performed by the National Symphony Orchestra, before a spectacular firework finale with all the pomp and circumstance you’d expect from a Proms themed event.

You won’t want to miss fantastically themed collaborations which have previously included our Westland Lysander in its Special Operations livery flying to the ‘James Bond Theme’, and our iconic red DH.88 Comet flying to the theme from ‘E.T’.

Camping

Pitch up at Shuttleworth with a tent or caravan. Enjoy that extra time on site with the option to take a break during an air show, and knowing you don’t have a long journey home at the end of a fun-filled day.
